ABEVA REMINDER & SECURITY INFORMATION 1. Keep your cars in the garage if possible and leave nothing visible if they must be outside. Since the beginning of the year there have been 7 car break-ins in the Meridian Condominium parking garage & in the past few nights 2 car break-ins in Biltmore Villas 1. Keep your eyes and ears open and report any suspicious activity to the Roving Patrol at 602-369-4776 and the Police Dept.

on a lot of useful information. On the public side, you can

specials and information than you would find in the ABEVA
Brief), several articles on the history of ABEVA, Hot Links to
area restaurants, Information on the ABEVA roving patrol, a
photo gallery, map & directions and a great map of nearby
restaurants, hospitals, schools, etc. Once you log in, you
will have access to even more information.

 2011 Reminder: The Board wishes to remind all residents that Architectural Committee approval is needed prior to the start of work for all home and/or landscape changes.

2009 Arizona Law:  If your auto license FRAME covers the "Arizona" at the top of your license plate, you are subject to a $130 Fine.  Please check your Car for this issue to avoid being stopped for this new violation.
